1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Forganise (the "Service"), operated by SAPCON ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children.
3. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to breach security, uploading unlawful or infringing content, disrupting the Service, or accessing data you are not authorized to access.
5. Your content
You retain all rights in the content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, store, and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Applicable fees, billing period, and currency are shown at purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or to comply with the law.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When a change is material, we will ask you to re-accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
